Jacking Method for Building Restoration

1. Overview of construction method

KR VINA applies the Jacking (lifting) method for restoration of subsided buildings and sinking slabs.
By constructing JSP columns and injecting grout underneath the sunken ground, the structure is raised back to its original elevation and slope. One of the permanent effects of this method is concrete building lifting.

2. Construction principle (from KR VINA animation)

Inclined drilling into the ground beneath the foundation of the tilted building.
Pressure grouting into the ground under the foundation to reinforce the soil and lift the building.
Elevation control during injection to re-level the building to its original position.
