"1. Compaction Grouting The low mobility (compaction) grouting involves the injection of a low slump, mortar grout to densify loose, granular soils and stabilised subsurface voids or sinkholes. An injection pipe is inserted, typically to maximum treatment depth, and the grout then injected as the pipe is slowly removed in lifts, creating a column of overlapping grout bulbs. The expansion of the grout bulbs improvement surrounding soils and the grouting increases the density, friction angle, and stiffness of surrounding granular soils.Features: Soft ground improvement, differential settlement reinforcement, embankment/dam/breakwater reinforcement, work possible in narrow indoor spaces.
"1. Overview of construction method KR VINA applies the Jacking (lifting) method for restoration of subsided buildings and sinking slabs.By constructing JSP columns and injecting grout underneath the sunken ground, the structure is raised back to its original elevation and slope. One of the permanent effects of this method is concrete building lifting. 2. Construction principle (from KR VINA animation) Inclined drilling into the ground beneath the foundation of the tilted building.Pressure grouting into the ground under the foundation to reinforce the soil and lift the building.Elevation control during injection to re-level the building to its original position. 3. "Slab-jacking is a proven, cost-effective geotechnical method to restore sunken, unlevel concrete slabs without disruptive structural replacement. 1. Principle of Operation Small access holes (50mm diameter) are strategically cored through the slab. A controlled flow of high-slump grout is injected beneath the subbase under hydraulic pressure. As subterranean voids fill, upward hydrostatic thrust lifts the sunken slab smoothly back to target elevations verified with laser leveling receivers. 2. Project Advantages ▫ Cost reductions exceeding 60% compared to slab tear-out and reconstruction.▫ Minimal operational downtime: facilities resume forklift traffic within hours.▫ Elimination of trip hazards in factories, airport aprons, and distribution centers.

"1. Overview of construction method Ground anchors are used for transferring tensile forces from a construction to the ground. They are applied to secure stability of sheeting constructions, to ensure stability of slopes, rockfaces and cuttings, for anchoring building constructions, e.g. against upward hydrostatic pressure, etc. A ground anchor consists of three main parts: a head, a tendon and a root. The anchor tendon transfers tensile force deduced on the anchor head into the root, which is clamped by grouting in the ground. The tensile force intensity and direction of anchors influence the distribution of anchoring forces in the ground and are chosen according to the actual geotechnical conditions on the basis of knowledge about the static scheme of an anchored construction and construction composition of a bundle of anchors. Ground anchoragenomenclature(temporary type) : BS 8081 Temporary anchor is widely used to tempororary support soil-cement blocks or ground, while permanent anchor is for stabilization of slopes or prevention of roll-over and damage of permanent structures. 2. "Shotcrete is an advanced engineering method where mortar or concrete conveyed through a hose is pneumatically projected at high velocity onto rock or soil surfaces. 1. Technology Principle The high-velocity impact continuously compacts the material upon placement, requiring no formwork.▫ Dry-mix Shotcrete: Water is introduced at the nozzle; ideal for intermittent spraying and remote mountain terrains.▫ Wet-mix Shotcrete: Accurately batched mix pumped directly, ensuring low rebound loss and uniform structural strength. 2. Construction Sequence ▫ Step 1: Surface scaling and soil trimming to remove loose debris.▫ Step 2: Installation of subsurface weep-holes to relieve hydrostatic water heads.▫ Step 3: Fastening BRC welded wire fabric or dosing micro-synthetic/steel fibers.▫ Step 4: Layered spraying (50-100mm thickness) followed by curing protocol. 3. Key Engineering Advantages ▫ Exceptional adhesion to fractured rock and soil strata.▫ Rapid installation without temporary formworks.▫ Complete weatherproofing against erosive degradation.
"Hotdog Ground Anchor is a state-of-the-art retaining system applied by KR VINA, providing optimum lateral support for deep excavations in complex urban geological formations. 1. Technology Principle Ground anchors restrain lateral movements of retaining structures by transmitting tensile loads deep into competent bearing strata. The Hotdog Anchor utilizes specialized mechanical expansion and high-pressure jetting to create an enlarged bulbous bond zone (resembling a hotdog). This increases soil-grout frictional contact area by 2.5 to 3.0 times compared to conventional cylindrical anchors. 2. Key Advantages ▫ Superior Pullout Resistance: Withstands substantially higher design tensile capacities with shorter drilling depths.▫ Cost & Schedule Savings: Reduces total anchor drilling quantities by 30% to 40%.▫ Strict Deformation Control: Minimizes wall deflection, safeguarding adjoining urban infrastructure. 3. Applications ▫ Diaphragm wall and sheet pile tieback systems for high-rise basements.▫ Highway slope stability and hillside landslide remediation.▫ Tension anchors resisting hydrostatic uplift for underground structures.
"4. Jacking Method The concrete slab jacking is a general term that refers to a couple of types of concrete repair method that raises and returns sunkin concrete slabs to their original position. Concrete slab jacking works to raise the sunken slab back to its original elevation and slope by JSP Column+Injecting underneath the sunken surface; Sunken concrete slab applying the slab jacking method, the following effects can be achieved permanently:1 )Concrete slab leveling2) Concrete slab raising 3) Concrete building lifting 4) Repairing uneven concrete slab.
